The MistBuster 850 from Air Quality Engineering is a compact, high performance source capture system built to remove smoke, mist, and fine metal particles created by today’s machining operations. Designed for shops running higher spindle speeds and demanding coolant pressures from 600 to 1,500 PSI, the MistBuster 850 delivers stronger capability than the MistBuster 500 while staying easy to integrate at the machine.
This four stage air filtration system features Air Quality Engineering’s patented Advantage electronic collector cell plus an additional high efficiency electronic collector cell, delivering up to 98.6 percent collection efficiency on submicron particles. With a patented variable voltage coolant selector, you can switch between water soluble and oil based coolants, and control airflow up to 850 CFM for the right balance of capture performance and operating efficiency.
